At GharCentre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags, and other included items.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos/videos of the product, if applicable

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at gharcentre28@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.
